The level of water on karst soil is extremely high and after catastrophic freezing rain earlier this month, that damaged our forests, we are now dealing with flooding lakes and rivers.
Because forecast was good for this morning, me and my dad went up a hill Slivnica, where the view of the lake Cerknica, whether full or empty, is beautiful. The path was due to the aforementioned freezing rain a bit more challenging, but many fallen trees have already been withdrawn from the route. We also saw bear imprints on fresh snow.
